We originally founded the parent company of Change Samui Real Estate in Las Vegas. It was our new home and we wanted to share it with friends and family who were looking more and more to leave expensive and crowded cities like San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Washington DC, Miami, Toronto, and Vancouver and move to (or invest in) a place with a more reasonable cost of living, a warm climate and lots of great food and activities and a wide array of outdoor activities...
In April 2021, we re-discovered Koh Samui during our first vacation in many years (and a much needed one after 2020). What we found was the place we wanted to start our next chapter in life with incredible beauty, amazing culture, and a relaxed atmosphere that is totally connected with nature that melted away years of stress... and we were hooked! Of course, that means we have to share our new hidden gem with our network of friends, family and clients!
