Change Samui Real Estate was founded in 2021 by Yuwathida Poboonrueng (ยุวธิดา โพธิ์บุญเรือง) with a sales office in
Fisherman Village across from the Happy Elephant Restaurant. Yuwathida (Thida) is a Thai native who has lived in the US for more than 20 years and is a licensed professional
real estate agent in Las Vegas. She and her husband have built Change Real Estate into a very successful boutique real estate company in the US and
Change Samui Real Estate was the first international franchise for the company (now joined by
Change Hua Hin Real Estate in Hua Hin Thailand).
Having a real estate license in the US requires that we follow numerous ethical and legal guidelines to protect both our buyers and
sellers. We decided that we would open our own real estate
business in Samui when during our search for our own villa, we did not receive the kind of care and protection we would have expected. We are building our company and
hiring and training only the most professional and ethical agents.
For our buyer clients, our services come at no cost to you. We do our best to understand your needs, match you with properties that may
work for you, never pressure you, always protect your interests and get you the best deal possible.
For our seller clients, we provide the ultimate in professional representation - we invest in professional photos, video, drone,
360º photos, professional web marketing and design at our cost. If you choose to list with us, it will be for a commission you decide is fair. Again,
we will never pressure you to list your property with us and we will always do the right thing to help you sell your property. Our goal is not to list
your property — it is to sell it at a price that you are comfortable selling at. We always cooperate with other agents if they have buyers and will always
share our commission with buyer's agents. We only make money when you sell your home.
